ERF affiliates fall in four categories: Research Fellows, Research Associates Senior Associates, and Policy Affiliates. Currently, there are 265 affiliates: 149 Research Fellows, 70 Research Associates, 42 Senior Associates and 4 Policy Affiliates. The group is relatively diverse, covering most countries in the region, different age groups and gender. ERF affiliates represent 20 countries in the region with 70 percent of all affiliates residing in the region.
